    Testamur, statement of attainment, record of results, completion letter and offer letters (domestic or international, single or package).

  • Custom HTML templates

    Design header, body and footer with HTML and CSS, or paste legacy templates. Merge tags in [Label] or {{key}} style are filled from your records.

  • Eligibility checks

    Testamurs and completion letters require every unit achieved; statements of attainment cover partial completion.

  • QR verification & revocation

    Every issued document links to a public page showing whether it is valid or revoked.

  • Duplicate copies

    Testamurs and SOAs have one original; further copies are marked DUPLICATE COPY with a reason.

  • Signatories

    Manage signatories and signature images, with a default signatory for issuing.

Are the official NRT and AQF logos included?

Template placeholders for the NRT and AQF marks exist. Providers supply their approved logo artwork under the applicable conditions of use.

Can we use our existing certificate templates?

Yes. Paste existing HTML templates and use legacy [Field Label] merge tags. PDFs support standard fonts and common layout elements.
