  • Verified contact changes

    Students edit their address, and confirm email changes with a one-time code. Codes are hashed, expire in 10 minutes and are rate-limited.

  • In development

    Mobile number changes by SMS code

    SMS verification is built and runs in test mode until an SMS provider account is connected.

  • Address confirmation

    Students are prompted to confirm their address every 45 days, with a reminder email.

  • Learner survey

    The AQTF learner questionnaire appears in the final 28 days of a course, with one submission per student.

Can students change their name or course?

No. Students can update their address, email and mobile only. Other changes go through your staff.

Is there a mobile app?

The portal is a responsive web app that works on phones, tablets and desktops. There is no separate app to install.
