For Registered Training Organisations

Deliver training. Academywise keeps the record straight.

Scope qualifications from training.gov.au, timetable and deliver them, record outcomes and export AVETMISS from the same data, with the 2025 Standards evidence alongside.

Your challenges

What makes this hard today

  • AVETMISS quality

Gaps in USIs, hours, codes and outcome dates surface only at validation.

  • The 2025 Standards

Evidence for the revised Standards must be organised and current.

  • Reporting transition

VET Data Streamlining replaces file-based reporting over the coming years.

  • Trainer workload

Trainers need a simple way to mark attendance and record results.

Before you buy

Things to know

We'd rather you go in with clear expectations. These are the points worth discussing in your demo.

  • STARS readiness

NAT file exports are available today. Direct STARS submission is in development and reuses the same reporting dataset.

  • USI registry

USI format validation is available. Registry verification is awaiting government B2B access.

  • Nominal hours

training.gov.au doesn't publish nominal hours, so you enter them once per unit.

FAQ

Registered Training Organisations: common questions

Still have a question? Ask us directly.

Does Academywise handle state-funded training?

Academywise produces state AVETMISS exports with campus-state funding codes and claimable filters. Confirm your state's specific contract reporting requirements during evaluation.

Can trainers use it without training?

Trainers see a reduced menu for their own classes: timetable, attendance and progress.
