Education agents: common questions

Still have a question? Ask us directly.

Can an agent see other agents' students?

No. Access is enforced by the database, so agents see only students linked to their agency.

Can we skip referee checks for a known partner?

Admins can override the reference check, but must record a reason. The override is logged, and the agent still needs an agreement and approval.
