Who is Academywise for?
Australian Registered Training Organisations and CRICOS-registered providers delivering VET, including multi-campus groups and providers that recruit through education agents. It isn't designed for universities, schools or ELICOS-only colleges.
Does Academywise replace our LMS?
No. Academywise is your student management system and connects to Moodle for online learning. It creates learner accounts at enrolment and syncs progress back.
Can we move our existing data?
Yes. The migration hub imports students, enrolments, results, notes, CRICOS details and PRISMS history from aXcelerate CSV, Meshed CSV and AVETMISS NAT files, with dry runs and undo.
Is Academywise ready for VET Data Streamlining?
AVETMISS NAT exports are available today. A mapper to the new VET Information Standard and a STARS test transport are in development, built on the same reporting dataset.
Does Academywise use AI?
Academywise doesn't generate content with AI. It includes a read-only Model Context Protocol connector so MCP-capable AI assistants can look up records with the signed-in user's permissions.
